Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the standard queen room on the upper level. The daily breakfast was plentiful and superb with streaky bacon, a great vegetarian option and also orange juice. The hotel's location was very central, on a road junction. There was absolutely kind stuff and the service was amazing.

The venue was in a very central location not far from the pub, the restaurant, Winchester. There was Overdraft Craft Ale Bar nearby to grab something to eat. Stayed at a delightful room with a touch of class, a good bathroom, for instance.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups
We enjoyed our four-night stay, thanks to a cozy room and the charming gastro pub environment. Desk space was lacking was nice. For families, consider dining options in nearby High Street. Be aware of noise levels if you're sensitive to disturbances.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the city center and train station. Our room was really nice with a comfy bed, and we appreciated the double glazing for noise reduction. Breakfast was delicious and filling, so we didn't need lunch after! The bar area had a great vibe and friendly locals. It felt cozy and cute.
The bathroom was a bit impractical, the sink was too small to use comfortably. The carpet in our room was kinda stained and looked worn out.
